For years, Mmanti Umoh has stood at the intersection of leadership, education, public policy, innovation, inclusion, and global development—building bridges across continents and catalyzing transformation across Africa and beyond.

 

With a rare combination of wisdom, access, credibility, and cross-sector experience, Mmanti has mentored dozens informally through the years. But the time is now, and the need is urgent. The next generation deserves intentional, structured, and legacy-driven mentorship.

About the MMANTI Mentorship Program

The MMANTI Mentorship Program is a one-year, high-impact, cohort-based leadership and mentorship experience curated and led by Mmanti Umoh. 

It is designed to be a transformative platform for bold, brilliant, and ethical leaders between the ages of 18–35 who are committed to becoming forces of good, excellence, and influence in their fields.

Vision

To raise a generation of courageous, competent, and visionary leaders across sectors—armed with clarity, character, and connection.

Mission

To equip emerging African changemakers with the tools, wisdom, access, and accountability needed to lead well, serve excellently, and multiply impact.

Program Objectives

Equip mentees with strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, purpose discovery, and systems-level leadership tools.

Foster a community of integrity, purpose, collaboration, and collective transformation.

Provide access to Mmanti’s global network of policy-makers, CEOs, creatives, educators, development partners, and nation-builders.

Create pipelines for opportunity, exposure, recommendation, and mentorship continuity.

Entry Model: Nomination-Based

To maintain excellence, accountability, and authenticity, entry into the MMANTI program is strictly by nomination.
Each candidate must be nominated by a credible leader, including:

Eligibility Criteria

50 Participants

Only 50 participants will be admitted into the Pioneer Cohort (2025/2026)

Mentorship Firesides with Mmanti

Intimate, honest, transformative sessions where wisdom is shared, questions are welcomed, and lives are shaped.

The “More Table”

Conversations with high-level thinkers, global leaders, innovators, and changemakers who share their leadership journeys and insights.

The Access Bridge

Strategic connections to scholarships, internships, jobs, speaking platforms, policy events, and global fellowships through Mmanti’s trusted network.

Accountability Pods

Small peer groups built for goal setting, tracking progress, and collaborative development.

The Watchtower Circle

Nominators and mentors stay informed and engaged with their mentees’ progress, reinforcing a culture of support and shared responsibility.

Self-Nomination

If you’ve been building without visibility, and you believe your impact speaks louder than your platform, you may submit a self-nomination.

You’ll be asked to:

Sponsorship

All nominees must be sponsored by their nominator. The sponsorship fee is ₦50,000, covering mentorship access, resources, and all development sessions. This requirement ensures that each mentee is backed by more than just words but also by investment.
