For years, Mmanti Umoh has stood at the intersection of leadership, education, public policy, innovation, inclusion, and global development—building bridges across continents and catalyzing transformation across Africa and beyond.
With a rare combination of wisdom, access, credibility, and cross-sector experience, Mmanti has mentored dozens informally through the years. But the time is now, and the need is urgent. The next generation deserves intentional, structured, and legacy-driven mentorship.
About the MMANTI Mentorship Program

The MMANTI Mentorship Program is a one-year, high-impact, cohort-based leadership and mentorship experience curated and led by Mmanti Umoh.

It is designed to be a transformative platform for bold, brilliant, and ethical leaders between the ages of 18–35 who are committed to becoming forces of good, excellence, and influence in their fields.
About Mmanti Umoh
Mmanti Umoh is a respected African voice in education reform, inclusive development, AI for learning, public policy, and leadership. Her work spans across institutions, governments, global development agencies, and grassroots transformation efforts.
She is the founder of PurShe Africa, and a consultant and strategist with experience across five continents. This program is her way of giving back deliberately—one mentee, one movement, one mission at a time.

To raise a generation of courageous, competent, and visionary leaders across sectors—armed with clarity, character, and connection.
Mission
To equip emerging African changemakers with the tools, wisdom, access, and accountability needed to lead well, serve excellently, and multiply impact.
Program Objectives
Equip mentees with strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, purpose discovery, and systems-level leadership tools.
Foster a community of integrity, purpose, collaboration, and collective transformation.
Provide access to Mmanti’s global network of policy-makers, CEOs, creatives, educators, development partners, and nation-builders.
Create pipelines for opportunity, exposure, recommendation, and mentorship continuity.
Entry Model: Nomination-Based
To maintain excellence, accountability, and authenticity, entry into the MMANTI program is strictly by nomination.
Each candidate must be nominated by a credible leader, including:
- A senior academic, professional, employer, community builder, or former mentee
- Someone who can vouch for the nominee’s potential, purpose, and commitment to growth
- Someone willing to sponsor the mentee’s ₦50,000 mentorship fee, as a mark of belief and investment
Mentees are not just chosen—they are watched over.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–35
- Must be pursuing or have completed undergraduate, master’s, or PhD education
- Must demonstrate clarity of purpose, leadership potential, and a drive for community or system change
- Must be nominated and sponsored by a respected figure or submit a compelling self-nomination with clear references
Cohort Size
50 Participants
Only 50 participants will be admitted into the Pioneer Cohort (2025/2026)
Mentorship Fee
N50,000
₦50,000 per mentee (paid by nominator/sponsor) This fee covers:
- Quarterly fireside mentorship calls with Mmanti Umoh and global leaders
- Monthly leadership and development masterclasses
- Access to a digital, members-only growth and accountability platform
- Referrals, recommendation letters, and opportunity pipelines
- Digital resources, growth templates, and exclusive mentorship content
