With over 20 years of experience in education management, policy development, and leadership across Africa, she is at the forefront of driving transformative education reforms, digital inclusion, and sustainable human development.

As the Chair of the Council-Future-Plan for Nigeria, Mmanti leads an interdisciplinary knowledge network dedicated to shaping the country’s sustainable future through policy innovation, leadership development, and strategic collaborations.

She is also the Executive Director of Community Stakeholders for Social Good, spearheading initiatives such as the Akwa Ibom Business Leadership Summit, Akwa Ibom Youth Leadership Summit, and Akwa Ibom Women in Leadership Summit—all focused on empowering Africa’s next generation of leaders.
